The Chair of Experimental Physics I - FFN of the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy is looking for a

Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) in experimental hadron physics for 3 years, full-time, E13 TVL

The department "Fair Forschung NRW (FFN)" invites outstanding candidates to apply for a Postdoctoral Researcher position for experimental research focused on hadron spectroscopy with experiments conducted at Jefferson Lab, located in Newport News VA, USA. Jefferson Lab conducts a broad program of research using the electromagnetic interaction to probe the structure of the nucleon (protons and neutrons), the production and decay of light mesons, and aspects of the interactions of nucleons in the atomic nucleus. The main tools are the scattering of electrons and the creation and utilization of high energy real photons.
